Residential Pest Control

The quarterly pest control plan is designed to get rid of pests inside and outside your home. We perform an initial treatment on the interior and exterior of your home to gain control of existing pest populations. Subsequent treatments are regularly performed on a quarterly basis (approximately every three months) for year-round pest protection.

Exterior Spider Web Removal

We use an extension pole equipped with a special brush to remove spider webs from the exterior eaves, doors, and windows around your structure up to a height of 25-30’.

Exterior Liquid Application

Our technicians spray a 2 to 4 feet barrier around the exterior foundation, window and door trim, utility lines and plumbing pipe penetration points.

Granular Barrier

Application of granular insecticide to landscaped areas up to 10' away from the structure.

Wasp Nest Removal

Included in each quarterly service is an inspection to locate and remove wasp nests that may have formed on the exterior of the structure since the prior service.

Treatment reports

We provide a comprehensive report indicating pests targeted, material usage locations and any additional preventive or curative recommendations upon completion of each treatment.

Interior Spot Treatments

Our exterior treatments are designed to prevent most pest infestations and can take a few weeks to be fully effective in controlling interior pest problems. Our services are guaranteed, so if you see several live pests over the period of a week in between your quarterly services, let us know so we can spot treat at no additional cost!

What Pests Are Included?

Ants

Ants are one of the most common reasons that home and business owners call for professional pest control. Whether you have ants in your kitchen, company breakroom or you need to get rid of ants in your bathroom, our expert pest control technicians will get rid of them and keep the ants away. Our quarterly service includes treatment for odorous house, Argentine, pavement and most other species of ants. Some species of ants require additional treatment that is not included with the quarterly plan i.e. Carpenter Ants, Red Imported Fire Ants, and pharaoh ants (we will price treatment according to your needs).

Spiders

Every quarterly pest control service from Aggressive Pest Management includes spraying for spiders outside, as well as professional cobweb removal from the eaves, door trim and window trim of your home. Because spiders are carnivores, their presence often means there may be another pest issue that has gone unnoticed.

Cockroaches

he most common cockroaches in our area (Smoky brown, Brown-banded, Oriental and American species) prefer to nest in damp, dark areas around the exterior of our structures. Other than the German cockroach, they rarely spend their entire life cycle indoors (German cockroaches require a separate treatment program). We use effective and modern pest control methods and products to control cockroaches living in and around your home or business.

Crickets

Crickets do more than just make music at night (or in the dark when they are inside) - they can feed on a wide variety of materials causing damage to personal belongings. Granular baits are applied in a 10’ barrier around your structure to help keep crickets from nesting in the mulch or grass.

Centipedes

Centipedes are carnivores, and commonly feed on insects and small animals. Outside treatment for centipedes will typically gain control of the centipede populations indoors quickly. In addition to treating for centipedes outside, your technician will make sure they address the underlying pest issues to make sure the centipedes stay away.

Earwigs

Known for their pincer-like cerci, earwigs are predators of several garden pests. Though they are generally beneficial, they are a common source of pest control requests due to their frightening appearance. They are typically kept out of the home with a barrier spray and can be kept even further away with our granular barrier.

Millipedes

Millipedes are frequently found invading homes when it rains, but they will also gain entry in the fall when the weather starts cooling down. Unlike centipedes, which are carnivorous, millipedes feed mainly on decaying organic matter. Our quarterly pest control service includes treating cracks and crevices around the home to make sure pests like millipedes can't gain entry when the seasons change. Reducing the buildup of mulch around your home can help keep millipede populations in check.

Silverfish

Silverfish are mostly prevalent in upstairs bathrooms and utility rooms with furnaces and water heaters. They require high humidity and small amounts of food to survive. Silverfish feed on a variety of materials and while it is typically simple to get rid of silverfish one at a time, the issue is getting rid of them at the source. Silverfish can nest in attics and other difficult to treat areas. Our initial interior treatment of attics, crawlspaces and exterior granule applications are effective in eradicating these pests.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on a combination of common-sense practices. IPM programs use current, comprehensive information on the life cycles of pests and their interaction with the environment. This information, in combination with available pest control methods, is used to manage pest damage by the most economical means, and with the least possible hazard to people, property, and the environment.

The IPM approach can be applied to both agricultural and non-agricultural settings, such as the home, garden, and workplace. IPM takes advantage of all appropriate pest management options including, but not limited to, the judicious use of pesticides.
